We approach learning at Meridian School through a termly LEARNING JOURNEY. This offers a chance for cross-curricular learning which inspires and motivates children and plans learning, not activities, based on children’s learning needs.
It shares the long term learning pattern with the children – so they know where they are going and what steps of learning they will take over the next few weeks or term. We start our learning journeys with open ended explorative questions and a creative stimulus, be it a trip, visit or creative project.
