“Teachers successfully place a strong emphasis on promoting both academic and personal success.”
The Inspectors praised us for our excellent, caring and supportive learning environment which allows pupils to blossom. Our support for individual pupils was described as exemplary. The school was further praised for working so well with external agencies.
Our report, says," This is a good school providing good value for money.” We were highly commended for the continuous assessments we make of the children’s progress and learning which has resulted in improved teaching and good curriculum provision. The personal development of the pupils was described as very good and the behaviour as outstanding, because of the excellent care, welfare and guidance provided.
In terms of achievement and standards, OfSTED said that children make good progress against challenging targets. The senior management team was praised for good management and leadership which has enabled significant improvements to be made in the quality of provision for the pupils. Governors were also congratulated for being well informed and very proactive and supportive. The OfSTED Inspectors were very impressed with the excellent teamwork consistently demonstrated by the staff and Governors.
